I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail and say Thank You to you and your staff for making Louie's 1st Birthday as special as it seems to have been. I appreciate it alot, and the bag of goodies were just perfect. He loved the piece of the cake I gave him last night and the tennis balls are exactly what I've been looking for. I am sure everyone writes in to say this, but even after just one visit to our home from Alex, Seymour is amazing. We plan on working with Alex some more, but already we see a huge difference with our 4 month old Welsh Terrier and have been happy to give Alex the credit when people stop us to comment on how nice and behaved our puppy is (and we get stopped a lot!)
