    Have you ever looked inside the playroom windows and thought you saw an adorable Koala Bear? That Koala Bear is in fact none other the Buddy Pound, our gregarious Shepherd mix who puts a smile on all of the handlers faces the second he walks through the door. At any given moment you will see Buddy either cuddled up to them sound asleep or walking around the room with a herd of small puppies following close behind with the hopes of playing with Mr. Pound. He adds a wonderful sense of calmness to the playroom and for that reason Buddy is this October’s Paw of the Month.

  • Guiness makes a turn for the better!

    I called Dan out of desperation when my three year old Jack Russell Terrier, Guinness, tried to bite someone in the elevator of my building.  I had a previous trainer but I wasn't comfortable with her methods and needed someone new with more practical advice.   • Great service great people

    We recently started sending our dog to day care at the Paw Stop. He is a shy dog so I was quite nervous in the beginning. Staff at Paw Stop were very considerate and allowed him to set his own pace. I call in from time to time to ask how he's doing, and always the staff received my calls with patience and great details. Plus I can always watch him on the webcam at office (my favorite!). We recently also got a bath for him. The groomer was experienced and my dog came home happy and clean.  I know…

  • From North Carolina to NYC

  • Seymour is perfect

    I am sure everyone writes in to say this, but even after just one visit to our home from Alex, Seymour is amazing.  We plan on working with Alex some more, but already we see a huge difference with our 4 month old Welsh Terrier and have been happy to give Alex the credit when people stop us to comment on how nice and behaved our puppy is (and we get stopped a lot!)
